You may contact us about access, safeguarding minors, security, privacy, any enabled payments, clubs and account deletion.
2. Useful information
- selected role: player, parent, coach or club;
- device model and Android/iPhone/Web version;
- the time and step at which the problem appears;
- the error message, with names and personal data removed.
3. Never send
Do not send passwords, access codes, a minor’s GJP code, API keys, full payment details, identity documents or photos of children by email or WhatsApp.
4. Security and minors
If you suspect unauthorised access, immediately write “Account security” in the subject line. If you use a version with real accounts enabled, also change the password through the sign-in service. If a minor is in immediate danger, do not wait for app support: contact a responsible adult and the appropriate emergency services.
5. Deletion
You can use the public Gianjass account deletion page. If you use a version with real accounts enabled, you can also use the procedure in the app. There is no need to reinstall the app.
