GJ Soccer account deletion
You can request deletion from this page. If the version you use also has an active in-app procedure, you can use either method. The request concerns the GJ Soccer account and associated data, subject only to the legal exceptions described below.

1. In the app, when available
If the feature is visible in the version you are using:
- Sign in to your profile.
- Open Account and rights.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type ELIMINA exactly and confirm.
2. Without the app
Send the request from the email address used for the account. State only the account email address and role.
If you can no longer use that address, write to info@g-j-s.it: we will use proportionate verification. Do not send passwords, GJP codes or identity documents in a normal email.
3. What happens
Access is suspended, and sessions, family links, permissions and consents are revoked. The procedure deletes or pseudonymises application data and starts closure with connected providers.
If the account has used club features or private files, the request may require an additional technical check before final closure. The account remains inaccessible during this phase.
4. Data that may remain
We may retain only essential accounting data, proof of acceptance and security audit records that no longer directly identify the user, where needed to meet legal obligations, handle disputes or protect rights. Data is not retained to keep the account active or for advertising.
5. A minor’s account
Deleting the player account also revokes the parent–child links relating to that account. A verified parent may request deletion; we will also assess a request from the young person according to age, applicable law and safety.
6. Confirmation
We confirm receipt without undue delay. Technical closure and any removal from backup cycles may take different lengths of time; we will inform you of the status and of any legitimate reason for limited retention.
