GJ Soccer Terms of Use

1. Service and feature availability

The Web App may change, be limited or be temporarily suspended for security reasons. A demonstration screen does not guarantee that accounts, AI, payments, uploads or Club Hub are active for every role. We clearly communicate which features are available in the version being used.

2. Accounts and roles

The Web App distinguishes the public roles Player, Parent, Club and Tutor. Coaches join by invitation only, and the administrator role is not publicly selectable; actual availability depends on the account, role and server permissions.

Each person must use their own credentials and accurate information. The player has one account only; if they are a minor, the account remains protected until a parent or guardian completes the authorisation and verification process.

3. Proper use

Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, attempts to access other people’s accounts, unlawful or dangerous content, unauthorised data collection and circumvention of safeguards for minors are not permitted.

Clubs and coaches must use data only for authorised tasks and respect families’ confidentiality.

4. Exercises and safety

The exercises are general educational and sporting content, not medical advice. Choose a suitable space and level, stop in the event of pain or danger, and follow the directions of an adult or a qualified professional when necessary.

Content is published progressively: a card that is still being prepared must not generate real progress.

5. AI for adults

AI may produce incomplete or incorrect information. Always check important answers. Do not enter full names, addresses, sensitive or identifying data, and do not use it for emergencies, diagnoses, disciplinary decisions or decisive assessments of a young person.

When enabled, AI is reserved for journeys used by authorised adults. Direct AI remains disabled for minors; the child’s journey is first reviewed and published by the parent.

6. Content and intellectual property

GJ Soccer trademarks, text, graphics, original exercises and software remain protected by applicable rights. You may not copy, resell or publish the catalogue without authorisation. Rights in any uploaded materials remain with their owner, who grants GJ Soccer only the use necessary to provide the requested feature.

7. Suspension and closure

We may limit or suspend an account because of a concrete risk, a breach of these Terms or a legal obligation, using proportionate measures. You may request support, challenge an error and delete the account through the public procedure.

8. Contact details and applicable law

Write to info@g-j-s.it. Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their place of residence. You may contact us to seek a solution; your right to approach the competent authorities at any time remains unaffected.

9. Tutor Marketplace in preparation

Only adults may apply: university students, graduates, teachers or private individuals who declare competence in the selected subjects. A profile becomes searchable only after the planned onboarding and approval of each subject. A GJ Soccer verification describes the checks completed but does not guarantee learning outcomes.

The tutor operates autonomously as an independent professional, not as an employee, agent or representative of GJ Soccer, and is responsible for their statements, competence, tax obligations and performance. This description does not override any classification required by law or by the actual working relationship. For a lesson provided to a minor, the parent or guardian is the booking party and the tutor’s counterparty; GJ Soccer facilitates search, booking and, when active, payment and payout.

Free private contact with the minor, moving the conversation outside the authorised flow, automatic recording and reviews containing a child’s data are prohibited. Chats and Google Meet links pass through the adult account and booking. A review may be published only for a completed, verified lesson.

Tutor profiles, chats, bookings, payments and video lessons are not yet all active in the web service: a page or demonstration price does not create employment, a booking or a right to earnings.
