The app does not currently offer an active Tutor checkout, tutor payouts or advertising subscriptions. GJ Soccer’s in-person sessions are a service separate from the app.

1. No purchases in the app
Until the sales system is enabled and verified, no button in the app must create an order or request payment. The mere presence of prices or demonstration screens does not form a contract.
2. Sessions on the pitch
For GJ Soccer sessions, you can request information by email, phone or WhatsApp. The first trial is presented on the website as free; any subsequent pathway must be confirmed before payment.
Before confirming, you will receive a written summary with the service, dates or booking method, total price and applicable taxes, payment method, cancellation/rescheduling and refund rules, the service provider’s identity and contact details.
3. If the summary is missing
Do not make a payment and contact info@g-j-s.it. These terms do not invent refund or withdrawal rules that have not yet been formalised: the specific terms must be shown to and accepted by you before the order.
4. Future in-app payments
If checkout is enabled, payment will be handled by an external provider and the order will record the exact version of the terms accepted. Activation will require consistent, verified prices, refunds, support and legal documents.
5. Online Tutor lessons
When the service is active, the lesson contract will be between the parent or guardian who books and the independent tutor named at checkout. Before payment, the tutor, subject, date, duration, total price, applicable taxes and costs, GJ Soccer’s role and support contacts will be shown.
Stripe will handle payment and payout. GJ Soccer will deduct from the tutor’s remuneration a commission of €5 per 60 minutes, calculated pro rata for the duration actually accounted for; the amount and calculation will be shown to the tutor before acceptance or payout. The parent will always see the total payable before paying.
6. Optional Tutor advertising
Only when the service is active may a tutor choose optional promotion for €5 per month. It is not required for the basic profile and does not guarantee visits, enquiries, bookings or earnings. Duration, any renewal, cancellation and start date will be shown before activation; no charge is made while checkout is inactive.
7. Cancellation, refund and withdrawal
Before each checkout, the specific terms for cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, refund and withdrawal that apply to that lesson or promotion will be shown and accepted. If that information is missing, do not pay and contact support.
Specific terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. If a service is requested to start during any applicable withdrawal period, checkout must collect the required statements and explain the consequences before confirmation; GJ Soccer does not assume in advance that withdrawal is excluded.
